Welcome to the webshop of MiniKrea. The following terms and conditions are automatically accepted when purchasing items in this webshop. It is recommended that you read all terms and conditions thoroughly before any purchase from our website.


All prices in MiniKrea’s webshop are listed in DKK or Euros, and Danish VAT (Value Added Tax) of 25 % is included in the amounts listed. Danish VAT will be paid if you order from another EU country; however, no customs duties or charges are added according to the EU regulations on free trade within the EU countries.

For international orders made from addresses outside the European Union, Danish VAT will be deducted automatically, and local/national customs authorities will charge appropriate customs duties and, in some cases, local tax.

Note that for purchasing digital products in the MiniKrea webshop, e.g., license agreements and E-patterns, individual VAT on sale to other EU countries will be charged according to new regulations that entered into force on January 1, 2015. Find the new regulations here.

Secure payment

MiniKrea webshop offers an easy, safe, and reliable credit card payment solution with a solution from www.stripe.com. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Networks for payment for purchased products.

All payment transactions are SSL-encrypted for optimal security.

Payment transactions for purchased physical products in the MiniKrea webshop will only take place when orders have been confirmed and shipped from the MiniKrea warehouse. For digital products, payment transactions will occur on order confirmation as these are delivered immediately by e-mail.

Note that license agreement products purchased via the MiniKrea webshop are based on continuous subscriptions. The subscriptions will be automatically renewed and paid monthly until the customer or supplier discontinues them. Please read more about MiniKrea’s terms and conditions for license agreements here.

The MiniKrea Privacy Policy applies to all activities in the webshop, and all obtained data will be handled confidentially following Danish legislation on privacy data. Read more about our Privacy Policy here.

Delivery and shipment

Paper patterns will be shipped with GLS and PostNord, a Danish forwarder and logistic provider. The expected delivery time is 1-3 work days within Denmark. The expected delivery time for shipments to addresses outside Denmark is 1-2 weeks.

Digital products, such as e-patterns or personal license certificates, are delivered using a download link in your order confirmation/invoice, which you will receive by e-mail upon purchase.

Shipping rates

We use GLS and PostNord shipments for all letters and packages from the MiniKrea webshop.
The total shipping rate of your order will appear when you check out of your shopping basket and before you confirm your final order.

Note that for delivery addresses outside the EU, the local/national customs authorities can apply customs duties or tax to the delivery (purchased product). MiniKrea cannot be held responsible for such added cost to the delivery/product. Such added customs duties or tax costs outside the EU will not usually be visible at the shopping basket checkout within the MiniKrea webshop, as customs regulations depend highly on the country. You are welcome to contact us by e-mail for assistance, as we have gained some experience in customs matters for several countries outside the EU.

There are no shipping costs for the purchase of digital products.

If transport damage occurs to physical products, don’t hesitate to contact the forwarding company PostDanmark or GLS.

Copyright and watermarking of digital products

Digital watermarks protect and identify the ownership of copyright material sold by MiniKrea. When you purchase and download digital files in the MiniKrea webshop, a digital watermark is embedded in the files and products.

The watermark will identify your name and order number and prove that you legally obtained the digital product. Copying the files purchased, except for personal use, is strictly prohibited. It is also illegal to pass on or distribute the purchased digital products in any other way.

As a buyer of a digital product, it is your responsibility to ensure that purchased files are not passed on to third parties. Suppose you suspect a purchased file is misused, stolen or lost to a third party, e.g., uploaded on a public server or file-sharing service. In that case, MiniKrea must be contacted immediately so that we can mitigate abuse of our copyright.

You may return the product(s) to us within 14 days (from the delivery date) and get a full refund. Feel free to state the reason for the return. Note that any refund of paper pattern products requires that the seal and packaging are not broken or hampered.

The right to return the product and get a refund ceases for digital products and licenses when you activate the download link forwarded to the order confirmation/invoice email.

You must contact MiniKrea before returning any purchased product. For all returns, the product must be in the same condition as when received, and a copy of the invoice should be attached to the returned goods. Please find the address for returns below.

The customer pays the return shipping cost to MiniKrea following Danish legislation.

If above listed conditions for returning the goods are fulfilled a confirmation e-mail that the goods have been returned and refund will be paid is send to you. The money will be returned to the credit card used for the payment.

Returns sent by COD (Cash On Delivery) will not be accepted.

Please keep your receipt for shipping returned goods for documentation that you have returned the goods.

According to Danish legislation, you can complain about product deficiencies for up to 2 years after purchase. This is not to be mistaken for a warranty. You can also complain about product deficiencies that were present at delivery if they are only discovered later (for up to 2 years). The supplier must rectify the deficiency by repairing it, sending a new product, or refunding you upon returning it.

Suppose you receive a product that is not by your order confirmation or a product that is damaged upon receipt. In that case, you are expected to complain within a reasonable period after finding the problem. A period of no more than two months is considered a reasonable time; thus, complaints should be received by MiniKrea within two months after the delivery date for wrong deliveries. The complaint must be forwarded for damaged goods no more than two months after the deficiency was identified and no more than two years after the delivery date.
